What is Peer Mentoring

Peer mentoring is a form of mentorship that takes place in schools, usually between an older more experienced student and a new student. This gives new students the chance to be able to turn to older students who have experience of the school and ask for advice or express any worries that they may have with anything from class issues or individual people in the school.
