We need YOU to be a part of our news team. Are you interested in making the news? You could be a: -

When: Wednesday afternoon 3:25pm – 4:25pm
Where: Newly refurbished ICT suite (room 8)
Starting: 28th September 2011
Who is invited: All students from NCHS and Y6 students from primary schools in Newcastle-under-Lyme
Check our BBC school news report day website from March 2011 to see just a taste of what we could do. We want to produce something bigger and better this year.
We will be covering all the main news at school including sporting events, art projects, music concerts, in fact anything that students at NCHS take part in. We will also cover local interest topics as well as national and international stories that interest YOU the students.
We will be producing internet based news stories in film, images, text and sound format throughout the year. If all goes to plan we may even produce a glossy brochure at the end of the year incorporating the whole year’s news.
We desperately need YOU to be a part of the team to experience the full range of possible jobs.
